The iSAP Scanner Simple Despatch scenario streamlines the way goods are sent from your organisations. The solution simplifies the sales order processing by displaying open and approved orders to pick from and then scan goods against sales orders. When scanned, the system will automatically produce a delivery note or invoice in SAP Business One, which can be printed by users. iSAP Scanner helps users to update the number of boxes or weight and produce a courier integration file. Then, when tracking numbers are provided by selected couriers, the system updates delivery notes with the correct data.
Production
The iSAP Scanner Production scenario displays all released production orders in SAP Business One to enable users to scan goods or items against them. When scanned, goods are selected as an ‘issue for production’ document and increases the work in progress value. When the production process has been completed, production orders can be marked as complete with stock levels automatically updated and a production receipt generated in SAP Business One.
Quality Control Check

Stocktake
The iSAP Scanner Stocktake scenario is an essential add-on for SAP Business One. The solution can play a key component in assisting in completing stocktakes as quickly and accurately as possible. With options to complete full warehouse audits or internal stock counts, the system is able to capture data on individual items, batches or even warehouse aisles.
Whether you complete stocktakes on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis, the system assigns stock count requests to particular warehouse operatives or teams. Individuals or teams can use the system to scan products found in particular bins or within designated areas. The system provides product codes, descriptions, batch or serial numbers and a photo of the product, to avoid any human error.
The system captures the physical count of items and also automatically records the number of scans completed and products included. If there are any issues, the application will create a new line and add it to the count.
When the count has been completed, users can update the counting sheet in SAP Business One. Line managers can then decide whether to add the data into SAP or complete another count. When data is pushed back into SAP Business One, the system will automatically make necessary adjustments to the master data.
